What skin types is the Matcha Modelling Pack suitable for?

It’s suitable for all skin types — especially sensitive, irritated, or breakout-prone skin. If you’re experiencing redness during your period or seasonal changes, it’s your go-to.

How often should I use the modelling pack?

We recommend using it 1–2 times per week. Each session gives your skin a fresh start — think of it as your at-home skin clinic reset.

Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured in Korea.

Is Muun Skincare vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! All our ingredients are 100% vegan and we never test on animals.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide at the following rates:

  • Australia: $10 AUD for standard delivery and $15 AUD for express
  • Rest of world: $20 AUD

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped you will receive tracking information via email.

Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 2-8 business days, while express delivery may take 1-4 business days.

Delivery outside of Australia may take between 5-15 business days, depending on the country.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped.

Will I pay customs?

In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

We currently do not accept returns for change of mind due to the nature of our skincare products and hygiene standards.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong order, please email us at returns@muunfromseoul.com within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item
  • A short description of the issue

We'll sort it out ASAP💫

Do you provide refunds?

Refunds are only provided in the case of damaged, defective or incorrect items. Once we've reviewed your request and approved it, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
