Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns for change of mind due to the nature of our skincare products and hygiene standards.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us at customers@muunfromseoul.com within 7 days of delivery. Include the following in your email:

A short description of the issue
We’ll review your case and resolve it as soon as possible.
Do you provide refunds?
Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
